Customers can book a taxi through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
We offer a Book Now, Pay After the Ride facility for eligible bookings. Payment must be completed immediately after the trip is finished unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are requested to inform us as early as possible if they wish to cancel a booking. Cancellation charges may apply for last-minute cancellations or after driver dispatch.
Complimentary waiting time may be provided depending on the booking type. Additional waiting time may attract extra charges.
Our drivers are verified and trained. Passengers are expected to behave respectfully throughout the journey. Any illegal activity or misconduct may result in immediate cancellation of the trip.
Passengers are responsible for carrying luggage within the vehicle capacity. Shiv Travels is not responsible for any lost or forgotten belongings.
Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, or any government-imposed charges will be charged as applicable unless clearly mentioned in the booking.
Traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances may affect travel time. Shiv Travels is not responsible for delays caused by such events.
Customer information is used only for booking and service purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.
Shiv Travels shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed flights, business losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page.
